Job Title: Barber Intern (Part-Time, Unpaid)
Location: Lamont's Barbershop Grooming Lounge (Canton Road)
Work Environment: Combination of in-shop and remote work
Overview:
Are you passionate about mastering the art of barbering and growing within a professional grooming environment? Lamont's Barbershop Grooming Lounge is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals looking to learn and develop their cutting skills, techniques, and business knowledge. This is a hands-on learning experience with the potential to grow into a permanent, paid position on our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist experienced barbers in daily shop operations
Shadow and practice advanced barbering techniques, including fades, shaves, and grooming services
Support with shop organization, client booking, and daily management tasks
Contribute to both in-shop and remote tasks, such as social media, customer engagement, and marketing efforts
Participate in professional development sessions to understand business operations, customer service, and brand growth strategies

Requirements
Must have a strong passion for barbering and a desire to learn the craft
Basic understanding of grooming tools and techniques is preferred but not required
